Reserving a Rivian
Conceptualized and designed the check-out process for buying a Rivian online.

I was chosen to lead this "skunk-works" initiative, an intensive 4-day project on-location with Chase Manhattan, to prototype reserving and purchasing a new Rivian online. This included vehicle customization, collecting necessary documents, taking payments, and all the other steps needed for a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery. I needed to balance using existing automotive and financial systems functionality with Rivian's brand guidelines and desire for uniqueness.



I worked with Chase to brainstorm and design the customer journey and system workflow design.
