Playing by the Book
We created these primary resources in response to frequent questions my UX team was fielding, such as: "What text works best for primary CTAs?", "What should I feature on each page?", "How do I get more leads?", and so on. We pulled together highlights from our archives of UX research, summarizing them into bite-size, easy-to-use recommendations. The resulting 6 playbooks helped account managers and dealerships gain confidence in making improvements backed by the presented data. My team updated the playbooks quarterly as new findings were uncovered.
As these documents became more popular and integrated into client conversations, they fundamentally changed how we spoke about and sold our products. Our sales teams would use them to brag about our excellence in UX research and design.
