Owning a Vehicle
Research and design project to understand potential new markets, extending our clients' customer base from car shoppers to current owners.
My team was tasked with designing a user-facing portal to pull together all the different activities associated with vehicle ownership, such as scheduling service and making monthly payments. Our research showed we had an opportunity to not only drive traffic to our dealers' sites, but to turn a captive audience of owners into new buyers by presenting compelling equity information and upgrade offers.
After researching two prototypes, we created a summary of our findings to be used as marketing materials. The intended use of this document was to highlight our excellence in UX research and recruit participants for upcoming UX studies.
